Since our inception, we have had a heart to use the ARTS to INSPIRE our community. Through our Initiative Project 51-“Every Child Deserves to Be Inspired in the Arts”, we were able to give back to students arts inspiration and education. Our partnership with the Olathe Public Schools Development Office provided an afternoon of classes in art, dance, and theater for students during fall parent/teacher conferences. A special thank you to Heather Schoonover, Community Liaison, and our amazing teachers for inspiring these young artists to discover their creativity in the arts! These students inspired us!
Arts Inspired Network has developed a Student Scholarship Program to support student artistic development and training. The AIN Student INSPIRE Scholarship is designed for students that are aspiring to greater arts development in their specified arts discipline in a summer camp training or intensive. Our definition of “arts” for scholarship purposes is used to include the following artistic areas: acting, dance, instrumental, musical theater, sculpture, voice, and the visual arts of painting, photography, and graphic arts. Each scholarship applicant will be considered individually in light of their “creative arts discipline” that is submitted with new areas of artistic inspiration welcome. All types of “art” submitted must meet the criteria required for evaluation listed on our application. Our application is available for download in the link below this paragraph. All requested materials, completed application, and $10 application fee must be postmarked by April 26, 2017 to AIN Network, Inc., PO Box 3373, Olathe, Kansas 66063. For any questions, you may emailartsinspirednetwork@gmail.com.
