I’m seeking to buy a home in Pettis county in which I have a reasonable down payment of 15,000.00. However I have interest in a home for sale south of sedalia mo on McCormick road. However I have been previously diagnosed with temporary mental impairments though they seem more then temporary to me. For I was denied disability. I’m not sure how to approach the realator and even become very confused when it comes to the legal statutes of the contracts. I’m a single mom of three kids. However one child is grown and on his own. I know I want a fixed rate. I’m Low income self employed income is 6500.00 per year. Plus I have other property rented for 500.00 per month and cannot get them evicted. I’m living
