Welcome to Anointing Gazelle, International Missions, and Resources, a Starfish Project! My name is Tamika Pouncil, owner of Taste of Soul Catering KC LLC. Alongside my catering business, I have devoted my life to outreach and serving the less fortunate. My passion for food and ministry has blossomed into a mission to uplift the community, ensuring that no one in need goes without nourishment and care.

We are excited to announce that Anointing Gazelle, International Missions, and Resources is now a Starfish Project and satellite site for Starfish Project Foundation. This incredible merge enables us to offer even more resources and support to those in need. We invite you to join us in making a lasting impact by contributing through donations, volunteering, or spreading our mission. Together, we can continue providing nourishment, resources, and hope to those in our community and beyond.

At our Anointing Gazelle location, we do more than operate a food pantry. We provide a range of resources designed to support individuals and families facing hardship. From food and clothing to essential community services, we are committed to empowering people to overcome challenges and thrive. In addition to our local efforts, I lead annual international missions, delivering hygiene products, school supplies, food, and ministry to underserved communities around the world. Our goal is to make a lasting difference both locally and globally by sharing love, hope, and support wherever it is needed most.

2024 Mission Trip to Africa

Monetary donations are greatly appreciated for the cause of the feeding program it’s 200 USD per Ton. 

2024 we impacted 500 people!! Feeding program alone . We gave out two portions per- family this year .

• Travel-sized soap or body wash
• Travel-sized shampoo and conditioner
• Travel-sized deodorant
• Travel-sized hand sanitizer
• Small packs of feminine hygiene products
• Travel-sized moisturizer
Health and Safety
• Compact first aid kits
• Travel-sized pain relievers (e.g., ibuprofen, acetaminophen) ( very important)
• Small bottles of vitamins ( very important)
• Travel-sized insect repellent
• Travel-sized sunscreen
• Travel-sized disinfectant wipes
