Habitat of Kansas City is the seventh oldest affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit Christian based organization working to fulfill the dream of home ownership for low-medium income families in the greater Kansas City area.
Mission Statement: Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes,community and hope.
Vision: Provide a decent, affordable place to raise a family and build financial stability through home ownership.
Purpose: To build opportunities and hope for the urban core of Kansas City by empowering citizens and neighborhoods through affordable home ownership and financial education.
Motivation: To be a significant contributor to the vacant housing crisis solution.
