Hope Faith Ministries is a Christian ministry dedicated to meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of homeless and impoverished men, women and children in Kansas City. The mission of Hope Faith Ministries is to equip and empower the homeless and less fortunate to be self-sufficient and independent. Our comprehensive approach is designed to not only provide for the critical needs of people in crisis, but to offer the services, resources and encouragement needed to make the difficult journey from dependence to independence.

Acceptable Furniture Donations

-Beds, couches, recliners; not stained or torn
-TVs; no larger than 32” for box TVs
-Dining room sets
-Working appliances in good condition
-Dressers or small entertainment centers
-Coffee or side tables
-Rugs
-Working, unbroken lamps
-Towels
-Bedding
-Dishes, pots, pans, cups and silverware in good condition

Ways to Volunteer

Kitchen
- Be a part of serving more than 800 meals every day
Clothing Shop/Warehouse
- Help provide clothing and hygiene products to 700+ people per month
Sewing Training Center
- Teach clients to make and mend clothing items on sewing machines
Community Garden
- Use your green thumb to grow fresh fruits & veggies in our garden
Professional Skills
- Share professional knowledge with job-seekers in our community
Prayer, Music & Arts
- Come pray with our clients or entertain on our worship stage
Donation Drives
- Collect money, food, or clothing to help the homeless in Kansas City
