We provide cooked meals, groceries, clothing, hygiene items, and bus fare cards to the needy and homeless of downtown Kansas City, Missouri. We also help pay for prescription medication, Missouri photo identification, U.S. birth certificates, rent, utilities, and Greyhound bus tickets to qualifying persons with a verifiable legitimate need. Although our mailing address is 416 West 12th Street, please note that our services are in the building at 1112 Broadway on the southwest corner of 11th and Broadway.

Morning Glory Cafe– Daily breakfast is available to our neighbors who are homeless, diabled, elderly and poor. Here they find a warm, caring place to congregate and nutritious breakfast to start their day. Morning Glory Cafe breakfast is Tuesday through Friday 7:30 am to 8:30 am. Carry-out lunches are also available.

Emergency Assistance Center– Clients receive assistance with a variety of needs such as food, prescription assitance, rent assistance, transportation assistance, clothing and hygiene items. Emergency Assistance Office is open Tuesday through Friday 8:30 am to 11:30 am.
Hospitality House– On both Saturday and Sunday our guests are served a delicious, lovingly prepared lunch and are provided a “to go” meal. Weekend lunch is Saturday 12:00 pm and Sunday at 1:00 pm.
